Polar Bears In Action

Polar bears: There was once as few as 10,000 of their species, but now there are 40,000 bears left in the world. The way a Polar bear hunts is in two ways: one is to wait by a breathing hole (a breathing hole is a hole that a seal uses to come up to get air) and when a seal comes up the bear nabs the seal with it's teeth, a big, yummy snack! The other is to see, swim, jump, and snack.

The are threatened because of global warming (caused by a mixture of carbon dioxide and oxygen and burnt gases in the atmosphere). We can help by: riding bikes, waking, and riding cars less.
